These are “class sets” — both multiple copies of the same book and mixed sets at the same level with a sufficient number for an entire class, used for orientation purposes or with some teachers, for 15 minutes of SSR.

This is just the start of a display of readers with CDs and Youth Literature, including manga in translation that students can borrow “for fun”.  The LL is in our building and thus more accessible to the English majors than the library down the hill.


The shelves are chock-a-block full during vacation periods and nearly decimated during the school term. One copy of each title can’t circulate, and that’s basically what is left on the shelves.
